Brewer's Notes

For the Choco Nut Stout, there's a pleasant chocolate aroma with nice nuttiness coming through. The taste is similar with a creamy chocolate taste along with the nuts. It has some sweetness coming through the beer but not too heavy, smells sweeter than the taste. ABV is 6.3%, IBUs are low at 23 to help offset the sweetness. I think the mouthfeel lingers a bit with taste but the overall body of the beer isn't full and heavy.
