Brewer's Notes

For Hop Coolture Series No. 3, we've used a new hop variety called HBC-1019 from Yakima Chief Hops since we're part of the FWD or Forward Program. I really loved the signature hop, which is amazing because it's so unique, not many breweries worldwide are using it. HBC-1019 has a vibrant, aromatic profile with stone fruit, peach, and some coconut character. Blending this with the other imported hops for Hop Coolture, our beer now has an utterly unique blend of berry, citrus, and tropical fruit notes, giving a very intriguing yet enjoyable drinking experience.
