CITRUS ALE

I enjoyed this beer very much. It had just the right subtle citrus tartness to make me want more. Drink very cold in the shade on a sunny day... a dish of chicharon bulaklak would be a worthy companion.

This is one of the best soo far to ever come out from Engkanto. You can really taste the quality in this collaboration brew. The calamansi really comes out the instant you crack open the bottle, and it comes out even more when you take a sip. It's a very citrus forward beer, with the balanced bitterness in the finish. Best part about the finish is the slight spice from the Sancho peppers. Just perfect!
