Welcome to the world of craft beer! At Engkanto, we have a beer for everyone. To get started, we suggest trying our main beers and gradually working your way up in alcohol level (ABV) before diving into our seasonals.

3. How should I properly pour beer in a glass?

Hold the glass at a 45-degree angle while aiming the bottle at the side of the glass near the middle. Once your glass is halfway full of beer, turn bottle straight up and finish pouring.

5. What’s the alcohol content of your beers?

7. How can I tell how bitter your beers are?

To gauge the bitterness of our beers, simply check the IBU score on their product pages. The higher the score, the more bitter the beer. But don't worry, we're all about creating brews that are both bold in flavor and easy to drink. Even our beers with higher IBUs are still sessionable. So why not try them out for yourself? 9. Do you offer a 4-pack with different flavors?

We're sorry, but we do not offer an assorted pack with one bottle of each variant. It can be difficult to judge a beer based on just one bottle, so we have our Discovery Kit which includes one 4-pack of each of our main beer variants at a discounted price. This means you'll receive a total of 16 bottles of beer to try. Additionally, the Discovery Kit comes with a free Pilsner glass for a more enjoyable craft experience! 10. What’s the shelf life of your beers?

Our craft beers have a shelf life of up to 12 months if stored properly in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. However, we recommend consuming them within 3 to 6 months for the best flavor experience. Rest assured that every order you make on our website is freshly brewed and delivered straight to your door.

11. Are you the same as the old skull engkanto?

Yes, we are still the same Engkanto craft beer that you know and love, but we have recently undergone a rebranding to reflect our renewed focus on the excitement and thrill of life. While our logo and packaging may look different, our commitment to brewing fresh, flavorful, and all-natural craft beers remains unchanged. We're excited for you to try our new look and taste the great beers inside!

How to Order

1. Where can I buy Engkanto?

Our beers are available at various grocery stores, membership shopping clubs, hotels, restaurants, and more. Don't know where to start looking? No problem! 2. How can I place my order on the website?

You can place your order on the Engkanto website by following these simple steps:

  • Visit the Engkanto Shop page and select the products you want to purchase by clicking the "Add to Cart" button.
  • Once you have added all the products you want, click on the cart icon in the upper right corner of the page to review your order.
  • Proceed to checkout by filling out the necessary information, including your shipping address and payment details.
  • After successfully checking out, you will receive a confirmation email from support@engkanto.com.ph with your order number, a summary of the products you purchased, and shipping information.

3. Can I order one bottle at a time?

Unfortunately, no. The smallest available quantity of beers we have is a 4-pack. We recommend trying out our Discovery Case which includes all our main beer variants at a discounted price. Plus, it comes with free coasters featuring the beer art! Check it out on our shop page.

4. Is there a minimum order and pre-payment required?

When you order on the website, there's a minimum order of Php750 for delivery and you need to pay in advance upon checkout. However, there's no minimum order value required for pickup, and you or your courier can pick up the orders at our brewery. You still need to pay for the orders in advance on the website.

5. Do you accept Cash on Delivery?

We only accept paid orders on the Engkanto website. However, you can enjoy cash on delivery through our official stores on Lazada, Shopee, and other platforms. You can find the list of our official stores below the map on the Beer Finder page.

6. What payment options are accepted?

On the website, we accept online payments via the following:

  • Debit/Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express
  • E-Wallets: GCash, Maya, ShopeePay, GrabPay, QR PH
  • Bank Transfers E-Payments: BPI, Unionbank
  • Installment Providers: BillEase, Atome

7. Can I send an order as a gift

Yes, you can definitely send an order as a gift! During the checkout process, simply specify that it is a gift in the order notes section located below the cart. For the shipping information, provide the recipient's address while for the billing information, use your own address. Don't forget to include all the necessary details of the recipient so we can ensure a seamless delivery experience for them.

8. How and where do I add delivery instructions?

You can add delivery instructions in the Order Notes section during checkout. If you have a specific delivery location, you can also select it on the pin drop in your cart. This will help ensure that our delivery personnel can find your location easily.

9. Can I request for an official receipt under a specific person or corporation?

Yes, you can request an official document to be named after a specific person or corporation. The sales invoice we issue along with your delivery is going to be named under the Shipping Information. Should you wish to issue the receipt to a specific entity, input the exact name in the First and Last Name sections of the Shipping Information instead of your name, and include the Tax Identification Number (TIN) in the next fields.

10. What locations in the Philippines do you deliver to?

We deliver nationwide within the Philippines, with a few exceptions due to limitations of our third-party courier. Please note that we are currently unable to deliver to the following areas: Engkanto List of Unserviceable Areas - as of 10.21.202

11. How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary depending on the location and total amount of your order.
For Metro Manila, orders of Php750 and above are eligible for free shipping.
For orders outside of Metro Manila, the shipping fee is Php120 for Luzon and Php360 for Visayas and Mindanao.

12. Are there any ongoing promotions or discount codes available?

Yes, we offer a 10% discount for first-time customers who sign up for our Engkanto VIP Club email list. This is a complementary one-time use voucher.

You can also check our emails, social media pages, and website for any current promotions or discounts that may be available.

13. I need more help with my order. How should I contact you?

For order-related concerns, you can reply to the Order Confirmation email sent to you, or send us a message on Facebook with your Order ID and concern. Our representatives are available from Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm, and will respond to your inquiries as soon as possible.

Orders and Delivery

1. When will I receive my order?

Delivery time depends on your location.
For Metro Manila orders made before 3PM, you can enjoy same day delivery around the afternoon to evening. Metro Manila orders selecting next day delivery can receive their orders until evening the next day.
For Luzon provinicial deliveries, it takes 3 to 7 business days. For Visayas and Mindanao, it takes 7 to 10 business days.

2. I need my order at a specific time. Can you deliver it then?

If you need your order at a specific time, we recommend choosing the pickup option. We'll prepare your order as soon as possible or within an hour of placing your order. Don't forget to keep an eye on your email inbox for pickup instructions when your order is ready for pickup.

3. I’ve placed my order. How do I track it?

After placing you order, you will see your Order ID on the confirmation page. Likewise, you will also receive an email confirmation once you have placed your order on our website. This email confirms that your order has been received by our team and is now being prepared for you. Email subject line is: "Order #NNNNN confirmed" sent by: support@engkanto.com.ph.

When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive another email notification which includes our contact details and location.

If you have opted for delivery, you will receive a shipping confirmation email after your order has been picked up by the courier.

Please note that for provincial orders, it may take 1-2 days from the day of ordering before you receive the shipping confirmation email. You can track your order through the tracking link included in the email, with subject link: "A shipment from order #NNNNN is being prepared for delivery".

4. Do you do same-day delivery?

You bet! For those living in Metro Manila, we offer same day delivery for orders made before 3PM. Simply select the same day delivery option upon checkout. If you missed the cut-off time, don't worry! You can still get your hands on your orders by choosing the Same Day Pickup option during office hours. Please note that the shipping fee will be shouldered by the buyer. We also offer Lazada via Grab Express for same day deliveries.

5. I ordered the wrong item. Can I return/exchange it?

As of now, all products paid for during checkout are considered final and sold. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges for the items ordered. However, if there are any issues with the product received, please contact our customer service team and we'll do our best to assist you.

6. I received the wrong item and still don’t have mind. Can I cancel?

We're sorry to hear about this. If you received an incorrect item, please contact us right away through email or Facebook, and provide your order ID, photos of your box, waybill, or any shipping document, and the contents of your package to show the wrong item. We will work closely with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive the correct item as soon as possible.

7. Can I get a refund?

As per our policy, all sales are considered final and we do not offer refunds or returns. However, in cases where you received the wrong item or there are issues with the product, please contact us immediately via email or on Facebook with your order ID, photos of your box, waybill or any shipping document, and its contents. We will do our best to assist you with your concern.

1. How much for a private brewery tour?

A brewery tour costs Php 1500 per person, with a minimum requirement of 10 people for the tour to push through. This event is exclusively for guests aged 18 and above, and includes a tour of the brewery as well as a beer masterclass with the brewmaster. Food and transportation can be arranged, subject to adjustments in the total package fee. You can check out the brewery tour here.

2. Can you serve beers at my event?

Yes, we offer on-site beer pouring services for your event. We can provide Engkanto craft beers for your guests to enjoy. However, if you need both beers and cocktails, we can refer you to one of our mobile pub partners. To request a proposal, please provide us with the details of your event, such as the nature of the event, number of guests, date and time, contact person, contact number, and email address. We will get back to you as soon as possible with a customized proposal to suit your needs.

3. How to be a distributor?

At the moment, we are only accepting distributorship applications from those who already have an established network, facilities, and business.
