For this golden craft beer we call Engkanto High Hive Honey Ale, pure honey is the star beer brewing ingredient, harvested from local apiaries and farms in the Philippines. They are hand selected, along with othe imported ingredients, to provide a smooth, subtly sweet local beer with light floral honey notes. The body of the honey ale is medium with balanced bitterness. Sip this artisanal beer by itself or try a craft beer pairing with many dishes including Kare-Kare, grilled chicken, smoked meats, spicy Mexican delicacies, or tangy cheese.
