Hop Coolture Series No. 4 is loaded with potent hops, but the one that stands out is Nelson Sauvin, also known as the quintessential New Zealand hop where it was initially developed. This hop is known for its unique aroma and flavor profile, comparable to the Sauvignon Blanc grape, hence the name of the hops, and also the white wine complexity that we brewed for this beer.

What's exciting to taste in the Hop Coolture 4 is primarily the notes of gooseberries, along with passionfruit, guava, lychee, and some mild notes of zingy citrus, dried orchard fruit, and light berries. It pairs well with mild cheese, tropical fruit slices, and cured meat such as ham, sausages, and pate.
