Brewer's Notes

From the original Hop Coolture Pale Ale that's a vibrant and hop-forward craft beer with the use of Cryo Pop® hops, Engkanto Hop Coolture Series No. 2 features a different mix of hops, and this time the signature profile comes from intense beer ingredients, particularly the imported Nectaron hops.

The main fruit profile will be “tropical fruit” oriented, wherein we'll get notes of pineapple, passion fruit, peach, grapefruit with some berry and stone fruit notes. Lastly, the pineapple should pop from the inviting beer aromas of this unique beer.
