Wheat Ale is a nice beer style to get people into craft, so in our localized version, we made the Dalandan's citrusy aroma and flavor stand out and really come across. It's highly drinkable at 4.6% ABV, making it a good drink for the warm weather. And while it's Belgian style, we fermented our local craft beer a little colder than the traditional beer brewing way. It also has some cloudiness, a stable haze with the addition of wheat among the beer ingredients. Some sour tartness from the Dalandan can be detected, which is balanced by the malt sweetness.
