In brewing Day Shift Non-Alcoholic beer, the process is mostly how we normally we do it, with one key difference in the use of a special yeast for low-alcohol or non-alcoholic beers. We also dry-hopped post fermentation to make sure the aromas and flavors from the hops really come out.

As for its Extra Pale Ale (XPA) beer style, we wanted a bright appearance for the beer color while balancing crispness in the beer's character that should go well with the citrusy hop flavors. Also in this style, the finish is expected to be cleaner, a more suitable mouthfeel for many curious drinkers since this Day Shift is a non-alcoholic beer, intended to be enjoyed for a longer period.
