Brewer's Notes

In brewing Lost at Sea Imperial Pils, we wanted a beer that carries the simple and straightforward appeal of the Pilsner style, and so we chose 3 different types of malt. Since this is a collab brew with Bauhinia Brewery, our collective selection gives the beer a clean malt profile of light biscuit notes.

Hence, we balanced the bitterness from the hops with the elevated ABV or alcohol level while aiming for a dryer finish. As for the beer's aroma unique for its style, it’s more complex with notes of tropical fruits and subtle citrus character.
