Engkanto Live It Up Lager is a handcrafted beer brewed using classic European techinques. Hence, we call it a New World Pilsner since we use hops grown outside Europe to give it a different profile. These hops give the craft beer some island/tropical characteristics with notes of citrus, passionfruit and melon. We use high quality Pilsner malt to give the beer a balanced malt backbone with a subtle note of toasted biscuits. I say this as someone that doesnt normally like beer. I usually like sweet/fruity cocktails. So this to me is definitely bitter... but im kind of into it. Haha it feels clean and really refreshing and i might not be a "beer person" but ill drink any brew from engkanto!
