Unleash your palate- with more alcohol and more bitterness, our Pale Ale follows the American Pale Ale style and sticks to its classification. The subtle use of caramel malt creates a distinct amber hue and slight sweetness of candied fruits while the careful blend of hops reveals a tropical, fruity aroma.
The guys at the brewery give the Pale Ale two thumbs up for its complex—but not aggressive—taste profile that includes notes of citrus, passionfruit, watermelon, peach, and papaya. It pairs well with grilled meat, hamburgers, English cheese, or flan.
